KFSB vs KFB

A tiny change to the "Knit Front and Back" (KFB) increase not only makes it easier and quicker to knit, but also stops the unsightly 'bar' appearing on the front of the knitting. I felt there must be some catch when I first read about the technique, but no, it works. And in hindsight it seems so obvious that I wonder how it's not more widely known!
